The Madone (56cm) bike was my AERO pet project from earlier this year. It weighs around 16.5lbs (without saddle bag and bottles) and set up as a 1x. Surprisingly, all my climbing PRs came from this bike. Bike is FAST and incredibly stable in cross winds. SRAM Red rear derailleur (medium cage).

SRAM Red GXP crankset (172.5mm). Zipp SL70 Aero handlebar (38mm).

Shimano Sprint Pro stem (105mm). BBInfinite BB90 bottom bracket upgrade. Trek Madone headset covers (extra cover for traditional stem setup AND a cover for the integrated stem setup if you wanted to convert this back). Will include a Force FD and SRAM chainrings (52-36) if you wanted to change this to 2x.

If you run a Garmin, let me know. There's a little tire rash on the left inner chain stay and a couple nicks around the headset and seat post.

You won't notice it. It's currently not packed and may take a couple days, but will have it professional packed by a shop. I'll keep you updated throughout the process. Message if any questions or offers.
