Thru axles 12/100mm front and 12/142mm rear compatible. All DT Swiss Ratchet System hubs can be converted. A very thorough cleaning and inspection revealed the following. One notable scratch on the front wheel approximately 25mm long shows up when the light is at the right angle (photo 8). There are two small imperfections about the size of a grain of rice in photo 9.

After that, we enter the realm of teensy imperfections. There are little specks closer to the size of a grain of sand as in photos 10 and 11. Also, there is an occasional scuff (not impacting the smooth surface but a change in reflectivity) as in photo 12, or possibly a more persistent cleaning and buffing would eliminate some of them.

These imperfections that I'm calling specks and scuffs are too insignificant to fully catalog, and a. S soon as you take the wheels out on the road, the only notable imperfection will be the scratch mentioned first. Hopefully you now have a complete understanding of the condition of the wheels.
