These items have scuffs, scratches, dirt and wear from use and storage and appear to be in good useable condition overall. I have not tested the tires and they will likely need to be replaced. There is sealant residue around the rim. The wheels have a 635 mm diameter not including the tires. I have not personally used these and cannot provide details of their usage history.
