This is the Hannshow Model 3/Y Style Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel. Middle Trim Panel Matte Carbon Fiber. Steering Wheel Style Ellipse style.

Model Year Model 3 2017 - 2023.08 (5/7). Heated Feature Default with Heated Feature.

Does NOT come with an airbag or airbag cover, you install the one from the factory steering wheel and transfer the metal retention spring from factory steering wheel to the yoke steering wheel. Includes the original box, and the steering wheel release tool, and the airbag plug remover tool. There are some scratches on the bare metal portion inside the steering wheel from the release tool.

You would have to completely remove the air bag to see them, but they are visible in the photograph.
