Topolino CX 2.0 Carbon/Alloy Wheelset. Shimano/SRAM 9/10 speed

Topolino CX 2.0 Shimano/SRAM 9/10 speed compatible. Ridden less than 5000 miles, never in rain, and then stored until now. These are totally unique Italian design.

Carbon hubs, carbon/aramid full diameter spokes, carbon rim with excellent alloy braking surface. Rim height is 19mm, so more a climbing/all round wheelset than an aero design. Claimed weight is 1360 grams. I have not weighed them, but that seems about right, when I compare them with my 1500 gram Ksyrium SLs.

I measure the inside width at 19 mm. No damage whatsoever to hubs, rims, braking surfaces. Dead true and very smooth bearings.

Freehub body has no gouges and little sign of wear and is super smooth. Included are Topolino skewers with some marring in storage. Spokes are a fairly bright yellow/gold, so factor that into your decision. I tried these out for forty miles with the bike that they came on.

They accelerate like you would expect at their weight. What I did notice is the shock absorption. Like nothing that I have ever ridden, except maybe my 1290 gram Ksyriums with carbon spokes. Truly took the buzz out of chipseal.
