Williams 40mm Carbon Tubular Wheelset Campagnolo 10sp Cassette Tires HED Decals

Williams 40mm Carbon Tubular Wheels 700c (circa 2011) For Campagnolo 10sp, Vittoria Tires & HED Decals. Wheels were very very lightly used, will include a Campy 11-25T 10sp cassette in great condition too. I want to emphasize that these ARE NOT HED WHEELS but they are still very good entry/ intermediate level Wlliams racing wheels that perform just as good as higher end aero wheels. Tubular tires are Vittoria EVO 21mm front, 24mm rear, both in good rideable condition though I would recommend tires to be reglued due to the time that wheels have not been used. Skewers are NOT included, just wheels, tires and cassette.
